Conditions of Play
In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided on a countback. The countback will be the back nine (holes 10 to 18), then on the last six holes of the back nine, then the last three holes of the back nine.
Should a player be disqualified from the competition after the completion of the round, any NTPs or Long Drives will still stand.
Should a Player not complete their round due to a DQ or NR, they are only eligible to collect NTPs or Long Drive prizes played whilst still in the competition.
When submitting cards for handicap purposes, a player must pick up once they are four over Par.
It is preferred that Mobile Phones not be used either on the Course, or in the Clubhouse. However, if the use of a Mobile Phone is essential, then due consideration should be shown to the playing group.
All Players are requested to attend presentations, particularly if they have a good score.
If this is not possible, apologies should be given and someone nominated to collect the prize on your behalf. Please show every courtesy to the Sponsor of the day. Failure to comply may well result in your being declared ineligible to win a prize.
Players must register their intent to enter a competition by registering at the Golf Shop and paying the competition fee.
At least one of these factors must be completed before teeing off or the player’s score card will be disqualified.
